'Friend, move up to a better place'

A recent addition at Dukinfield Moravian Church is proving very popular. The Church building has benefitted from a stair/chair lift to help individuals access the two levels at the Yew Tree Lane site so that it is fully inclusive. Pictured here is Bob trying out the new equipment.

The funding for this new aid was jointly supported by the Church and the Dementia Warriors group that regularly meets at the location.

As it states in Luke 14:10 - But when you are invited, take the lowest place, so that when your host comes, he will say to you, 'Friend, move up to a better place.' Then you will be honoured in the presence of all the other guests. Dukinfield Congregation are living this in earnest!
